Sieve the flour, add baking powder, butter, nutmeg and mix with your hand, mix the milk with cold water, add it and mix add more water mix till you get a soft and non stick dough. Wrap and put in the fridge to rest.

Pour the washed meat in a blow, add salt, maggi and any spic of your choice, mix very well with your hands. Rub your baking tray with butter set aside. Bring out the dough roll out but the meat rub egg on the edge and roll, cut to size,

Put them in the tray egg wash and bake in a preheat oven for 25- 35 mins when its golden brown then its ready. Enjoy.
