Mix all the dry ingredients together. that is flour.. sugar and cardamon.

Break the eggs and whisk ina separate bowl then add to the flour mix. kneed to mix properly as u add the milk.

Knead until you form a soft dough. cover and set a side to sit for 30 -40 mins.

Portion into 10 balls. heat the oil ready to deep fry. roll out each ball and cut into your desired shapes and sizes. deepfry until golden brown on both sides.

Can be served as a snack with tea
