Prepare all the ingredients.

✨ Let's get started! ✨ After thoroughly washing the tomatillos, place them in a pot with water on the stove to cook them and soften the green chiles quickly. ✨

✨ You'll know the tomatillos are cooked when their color changes to a darker shade. ✨ ✨NOTE✨ Don't leave them too long or they can turn bitter. Once they change color, turn off the heat. Carefully remove them from the pot with water. ✨

✨ Now chop the tomatillos. Do the same with the 5 green chiles, 3 garlic cloves, and half the onion. ✨

Chop the 5 green chiles, 3 garlic cloves, and half the onion.

✨ Place everything in a blender with a little water. ✨

✨ At this point, many people like to add a few sprigs of cilantro; it tastes great, so add it if you like, or skip it if you prefer. ✨

✨ In a pot, heat a little oil until hot, then carefully add the contents of the blender all at once. ✨ ✨VERY IMPORTANT NOTE✨ Add it quickly so the oil doesn't splatter.

✨ Next, add chicken bouillon powder. I used two teaspoons. ✨ If you have bouillon cubes instead, one cube works perfectly.

✨ Add a little salt. ✨ I used one teaspoon.

✨ Add a pinch of black pepper. ✨

✨ Let the sauce come to a boil. ✨😍 This is how I make the green chile sauce. Feel free to add or leave out anything to your taste. 🙌✨

✨ For the tortillas, just fry them, and... ✨

✨...Dip them in the green chile sauce, fold them in half, and... ✨

✨ Serve with sour cream, cheese, and some delicious Mexican red rice! ✨ 😍
