10 sliceswhite bread
6eggs
6 ouncesshredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 cupshalf and half
1 poundBob Evans sausage roll

Trim crust off bread and butter it. Place butter side up in a 9x13 inch pan

Cook sausage and place on bread.

Mix eggs and half and half and poor over meat. Refrigerate overnight.

Next morning, take out and let sit for 15 minutes, add cheese and cook at 350 degree for 45 minutes
