Ingredients

  1. 10 sliceswhite bread
  2. 6eggs
  3. 6 ouncesshredded sharp cheddar cheese
  4. 2 cupshalf and half
  5. 1 poundBob Evans sausage roll

Steps

  1. 1

    Trim crust off bread and butter it. Place butter side up in a 9x13 inch pan

  2. 2

    Cook sausage and place on bread.

  3. 3

    Mix eggs and half and half and poor over meat. Refrigerate overnight.

  4. 4

    Next morning, take out and let sit for 15 minutes, add cheese and cook at 350 degree for 45 minutes
