  • Cornflour/cornstrach
  • All purpose flour

Steps

  1. 1

    Use standard measuring cups and spoons

    For every 2 levelled cups of all purpose flour...remove 2 levelled tablespoons...and replace with cornstarch

  3. 3

    Sift twice...store in an airtight container

  4. 4

    We made an amazing and fluffy orange cake with the flour
