Banana stew
This came up as a desire to replace the common starch.
Steps

Peel the bananas and cut into half

Put the oil in the pan and then add onions and garlic. Allow them to cook until they become golden brown

Add the tomatoes,salt and royco and cover for 2 minutes. Stir until it forms a paste then add the bananas and cover for 3 minutes.

Stir until well mixed then add 1 cup of water and let it simmer for 15 minutes or until well cooked and the soup is thick. Add the corriander and cover for 2 minutes then remove from fire.

Serve hot with chicken stew or wet fry.
