First of all poha is washed with water and sieve and keep aside.

Then chopped onions and tomatoes, green chillies.

Then take a pan put on the gas stove insert oil then put mustard seeds and curry leaves.

After then insert chopped onions and green chilli then put pea and peanut then add soaked poha here.

Put tomato and haldi powder and salt mix well and after five minutes of cooking switch off the gas flame and add lemon juice and few chopped coriander leaves.

Then serve with roasted papad, green coriander chutney, salad etc.
