Ingredients

  1. 1 cuppoha / chiuda
  2. 1onion
  3. 7curry leaves
  4. 1/4 cuppeanuts
  5. 1/4 cuppea
  6. 1tomato
  7. 1/4 cupsev bhajia
  8. 1/4 cuppomegranate
  9. 1 table spoonlemon juice
  10. 1/2 tea spoonhaldi powder / turmeric powder
  11. 1 table spoonsalt
  12. 1green chilli
  13. 2 table spoons Oil
  14. 1/4 tea spoonmustard seeds
  15. as neededFew chopped coriander leaves

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    First of all poha is washed with water and sieve and keep aside.

  2. 2

    Then chopped onions and tomatoes, green chillies.

  3. 3

    Then take a pan put on the gas stove insert oil then put mustard seeds and curry leaves.

  4. 4

    After then insert chopped onions and green chilli then put pea and peanut then add soaked poha here.

  5. 5

    Put tomato and haldi powder and salt mix well and after five minutes of cooking switch off the gas flame and add lemon juice and few chopped coriander leaves.

  6. 6

    Then serve with roasted papad, green coriander chutney, salad etc.
