Ingredients

  1. 3large potatoes sliced into wedges
  2. 2 tspsalt
  3. 1/4 cupflour
  4. 2 tbsprice flour
  5. 1/4 cupcorn starch
  6. 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  7. 1/2 tspdried oregano
  8. 1/2 tspchilli powder (optional)
  9. 1 tspchopped coriander
  10. 1 tspgarlic powder
  11. 2 tbspmelted butter
  12. 3/4 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the wedges and boil until half way cooked

    In a bowl put all the dry ingredients,then add butter and combine everything well.

    Finally add water bit by bit and make a thin batter

  4. 4

    Dip the wedges.place them in a baking tray and bake at 225° for about 20 minutes
