Ingredients

  1. Kidney
  2. Liver
  3. Green bell pepper
  4. Red bell pepper
  5. Maggi seasoning
  6. Ground coriander
  7. Pepper
  8. Soy sauce
  9. Onions
  10. Garlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash liver and gizzard and set aside

  2. 2

    In a pot add oil, onions, garlic and sauté

  3. 3

    Add in liver and kidney. Then add in pepper

  4. 4

    Let it cook

  5. 5

    Add in all seasoning. Add chicken or beef stock. Add in soy sauce

  6. 6

    Let it cook for about 10 to 15 mins

  7. 7

    Add in bell pepper and leave on low heat for 5 mins.
