Fig Prosciutto Fontina Panini

Steps
- 1
Set out the bread slices. Half the greens and place one half on one slice and half on the other.

Then place one slice of prosciutto on top of the greens
- 3
Then place 3 slices of cheese on the prosciutto of each bread slice.
- 4
Add a spoonful of fig preserves to the slices of bread you haven't touched.
- 5
Put the bread with the fig preserves on top of the other slices.
- 6
Spread some butter (NOT LIBERALLY) onto one side of the top slice of the bread. Then treat that like grilled cheese.

Plate with a small salad and spread more fig preserves on top. Then enjoy!
