Steps

Slit the brinjal from back side.Put it in water.

Fry the brinjal in hot oil.

In a mixture jar put sesame seed, poppy seed and green chillies,add water and make a smooth paste.

In a pan heat ghee and add ginger paste.

Then add the sesame seed paste and stir it continuously.

Add little water and mix it, do the process until the all the water gets absorbed.

Then add the milk and bring it to boil.

Add the salt and sugar and mix it.

Then add the fried brinjal.

When the masala become dry, put the roasted sesame.

Serve hot.
