Ingredients

  1. 1 cupcarrot
  2. 1 cupgrated potatoes
  3. Chopped green pepper
  4. Chopped red pepper
  5. Chopped parsley
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. to tastePepper
  8. 1 tspgaram masala
  9. 3eggs
  10. 1/2 cupflour
  11. 1/2 cupcornflour
  12. Veg Oil for frying

  1. 1

    In a bowl add all the vegetables and seasoning mix to coat

    In another bowl, beat egg, corn flour and flour together

    Add the potato into the batter and mix.

    Heat oil in a pan, scoop the batter and fry till golden.
