For yakhni Take a pan add washed beef then add 8 glass water then put it on boil when 1st boil comes clean the scum and add washed souf and sabut dhaniya 1chopped onion ginger and garlic cloves then sprinkle lemon and add green chillies and let it cook

Then let it cook until beef tenderize and then separate the beef from yakhni

Then take a pan pour oil add chopped 2onions broil then until golden brown then add g.g paste, sabut garam masala tomatoes, potatoes beaten yougert then beef and green chillies paste mix it well then add green chillies rice and mint let it cook put on dum and serve with raita
