My son and I worked on this for 2 years until we perfected it. He is 16 years old but claims the name is Branson’s Salsa.

Ingredients

  1. 28 ozcrushed tomatoes
  2. 2 cans (10 oz)rotel
  3. 2jalapeños
  4. 1/2red onion
  5. 1 teaspoonssugar
  6. 1 teaspoonscumin
  7. 1 tablespoonground cilantro
  8. 2 teaspoonscrushed garlic
  9. 2 tablespoonsaged balsamic vinegar
  10. Salt to tast
  11. 1 tablespoonolive oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Sauté chopped onion, jalapeños, and garlic in the olive oil.

    Add tomatoes and rotel after 5 minutes. Add all other ingredients. Cook for about 15 minutes.

    Let cool and place in a blender filling blender only a third at a time. Put in a storage container and enjoy.
