Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwhip cream
  2. 2 tbspsugar
  3. 1.5 tspagar agar powder
  4. Pinchsalt
  5. 1/2Juice of half lemon
  6. as neededmango pulp
  7. mango Scoops
  8. as neededMint leaves for garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Take a mango

    And take out some small scoops

  3. 3

    Make puree of remaining mango

  4. 4

    Mix agar agar in 2 tsp water

  5. 5

    Heat it in a pan add agar agar in it

  6. 6

    Add sugar

  7. 7

    Now off flame and let it cool

  8. 8

    Till then take whip cream and beat it with beater

  9. 9

    When soft peaks arrive mix it in mango mix

  10. 10

    Now pour this in bowl and keep in freeze for 1 an hour to set

  11. 11

    Garnish with mango scoops and mint

  12. 12

    Serve cold
