Ingredients

  • 1/2 Water melon remove the seeds
  • 2" pieceGinger
  • as requiredFew mint leaves for garnishing
  • 1 tbsGrinding with ginger
  • as per tasteBlack salt mixed with cumin powder, normal salt and black pepper
  • as neededIce cubes

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend ginger,few mint leaves and little water melon pieces to crush easily then add water melon in two portions. Strain with the stainer all

  2. 2

    Pour in long glasses with ice cubes and black salt and garnish with mint leaves. It is very refreshing drink to beat the summer. Enjoy at onion time when u feel too hot.
