Chicken tikka kebab(in pan)

Marination... In a bowl add the chicken breast pieces with lemon juice, salt, red chilli powder 1tbsp,garam masala,ginger paste1tbsp,garlic paste1tbsp...keep it for 20-25mins.

In a pan heat a spoon of butter and put the gram flour in it....stir it well until you get the nutty smell. In a separate bowl mix yoghurt with the rest of red chilli powder and ginger garlic paste, some more salt and the gram flour mixture. Stir it till you get a lump free texture. Pour the whole thing into the marinated chicken and leave it for 1-1&1/2 hrs.

In a pan heat 2 tbsp of butter and put the chicken pieces in it...keep on turning around until it get a golden brown fried look...turn off the gas.

Lastly heat the piece of charcoal until it get red and in a alluminium foil place the charcoal carefully and place it in the corner of the pan. Pour a teaspoon of oil in it and cover the pan with a lid....let the smoky flavour get absorbed by the chicken... Serve it with green chutney and onion rings...
