Steps

1. wash the potatoes and pressure cook 3/4th done. Peel the skin make it cubes. Keep aside.
2. Heat oil in kadai add cumin seeds. Once splutter add turmeric powder and salt. Immediately add potato cubes and saute nicely that yellow colour coat to the potatoes.
3. Now add the sambar powder and saute. Don't add spinach immediately it will get soggy.

4. Chop the spinach finely and keep it aside.
5. Saute potatoes until it turns crispy. At last here comes spinach. Add spinach by this point. Saute only one time and switch off the flame.
6. Spinach get cooked immediately. Serve hot with chapathi or sambar rice.
