Wash and slice ugu and waterleaves separately.bleach palmoil fry the onion lightly.pour in waterleaves and fry for a longer time for the water to dry up.

Seasoned boiled meat with stockfish,add crayfish,pepper,salt,okpei and maggi cubes.when all is well boiled rinse and stir in the ugu.
