Cut karela into small pieces put salt and keep for half an hour

Chop spring onion and cut raw mango in pieces

Take kadhai put mustard oil, put jeera hing and spring onion and saute till golden brown

Put karela pieces after straining water from karela and add all spices mix well and cover it till it becomes semi soft
- 5
Add raw mango pieces and grinded saunf and cover it again till it becomes soft
- 6
Karela ready to eat in lunch and dinner
