Pressure cook the cleaned mutton with salt and pepper powder and some water. (We need some mutton stock for that we are adding water)

Into a hot pan add butter and oil, saute sliced onion and ginger garlic paste

Once the onion becomes transparent add the chopped tomatoes

After tomato become mashy add sweet and hot sauce mix well then add honey

To this and cheese, capsicum give everything a good mix.

Add the cooked mutton, chilli powder,turmeric powder, coriander powder combine everything well, Cook until the row smell gone.

And the cream and mutton stock

Grind the whole garam masala (fennel seed,cinnamon cloves,star anise,cardamom cumin seed,Black pepper) 1 1/2 spoon, add into the mutton

Add crushed kasuri methi and some coriander leaves,. you can adjust the consistency of gravy
