Steps

Take the pakoda ingredients and mix well

Heat some oil in a pan and fry small pakodas out of the mix. Keep the fries separately

Heat ghee in a pan and add the besan onto it and mix it well. Add the curd and keep stirring so that lumps are not formed

You can add water to get to the right consistency. Add turmeric, chilli powder and salt and mix.

Add the tadka of garlic and cumin seeds from top separately and stir it well
- 6
Once the kadhi looks good add the fried pakodas into it and serve it with hot rice
