Firstly wash and slit(into four sides) Baby Brinjals in a bowl with little salt and it fr 10 mins and then make Masalas in plate (mix coriander powder haldi salt garam masala ggpaste green chillies (cut in small pieces, coriander leaves)

Thn put it in each baby brinjals(squeeze water from all Brinjals)with a butter knife,

In a Kadai put oil whn heating put slowly all stuffed Baby Brinjals in it,fry for few minutes,then put curd,in it, cover the pan with a plate mix it well and cover the pan with a plate for 10 minutes

Lastly granish with coriander leaves and serve hot with Dal and chapati, yummy it taste
