As we know that green veggies are so beneficial for our good health. But there's a big challenge to serve these vegetables bcoz few of us specially children don't like green veggies.
' Health bhi aur taste bhi' it's my opinion. So I tried to cook some special and different .In my recipe I used green veggies like - Spinach , green peas , capsicum , coriander leaves ,curry leaves and green garlic. Spinach Dosa is made with wheat flour and semolina . Less oil is used in making of this dosa. So that it's a healthy dish.I served it in two ways.

Steps

In a bowl add wheat,curd, semolina and salt. Add some water to make a paste. Place a lid on it and keep aside for 15 minutes.

Heat 2 tsp oil on a non-stick pan.add mustard seeds, curry leaves and green chilli. Saute it Now add chopped onion and tomato pieces.when onion gets translucent and tomato gets cook then add all spices.Mix well.

Now add potatoes peas and capsicum. Road for few minutes then add some water to combine all ingredients and add chopped coriander leaves. Mix well. Keep aside.

Making dosa -now add spinach puree in dosa batter.mix well.add fruit salt and some water over it.Mix it lightly. Batter should be in dosa consistency.

Now heat a non-stick tawa. sprinkle water on it.then wipe with kitchen towel.

Take sufficient batter and spread on tawa like dosa. Drop some oil around it's sides

Flip the dosa and put some filling in it once it turns light golden brown and crispy.Now fold it in desired shape.

You can also cut in different pieces and serve it with garlic and coconut chutney.
