Duck croquettes w/chocolate spicy dipping sauce

In a food processor blend potato, ginger garlic paste and duck mince, Mix all ingredients except for egg and bread crumbs, throughly

Make medium size patties, dip in egg bater, dust in bread crumbs, place flat pan on medium heat, when hot sprinkle oil, place patties on a pan, cook until golden brown on all sides, serve with dipping sauce

To make chocolate dipping sauce : melt a handful bitter chocolate chips in double boiler, add a pinch of salt, cayenne pepper, mix, add 10 ml raspberry liqueur, mix and serve with croquettes
