Squeeze this mango carefully into mixture grinder and collect all the pulp for juice.

Then this rice is soaked into water upto one hour.

Take a utensil add milk and heat it upto boil level, then put this soaked rice and stir it carefully, and cook it into medium low flame.

Finally, after fifteen minutes of cooking switch off the gas flame. Add sugar and Elachi powder, mix well.

Then add mango juice, mix well then garnish with kesar, chopped dry fruits and mango pulp and serve it.
