Steps

Soake dates in lukewarm water for 1hour.Keep aside.

Take milk in a pan and boil for 5 minutes on medium flame.Add barley.

Cook for 10minutes on low flame till barley is soft.

Chopped dates and add to barley.Cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes,add cardemom powder and honey.

Now talbina is ready,add kewra water and remove frome stove.

Take out in serving bowl,garnish with dates/dry fruits(optional).Serve.
