Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsflower
  2. 1 cuppowder milk
  3. 1/2 cupsugar
  4. 3 cupswater
  5. 1/2 cupshortening
  6. 1 tablespoonbaking powder
  7. 1 teaspoonsalt
  8. 3eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Add dry ingredients together and mix well

  2. 2

    Then start adding the wet ingredient and mix together well.

  3. 3

    Batter should look lumpy and a little runny.

  4. 4

    Then heat cooking pan and add mix to pan. Cook until golden brown and then flip over. Cook until golden drown remove and eat.
