Moong Dal Halwa Moong Dal Halwa
It's usually made on festive occasions like Diwali, Holi etc. But, when you and your family members are foodies, then it can be made any day at your home. I learnt to prepare this halwa from my Mom. I prefer non-stick pan as it would help in easy stirring and also for the smooth texture of the halwa. The Psychological Foodie -

#colourorange#book#ebookThis recipy is unique because the halua is made with less ghee but with lot of nuts, even carrots have multiple health benifits. Having dessert without compromising health is difficult due to excess amount of ghee or oil, sugar. However tried to make it healthy. Homecook Mou -
