  1. 8-10boiled eggs
  2. 1 bowltomato puree
  3. 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  4. to tastesalt
  5. to tastered chilli
  6. 1 tspturmeric powder
  7. 1 tbspcurry masala
  8. 1 tspCumin seeds -
  9. 2 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil add cumin

  2. 2

    Saute ginger,garlic,and puree

  3. 3

    Add soices and cook untill oil come out on surface

  4. 4

    Add eggs and 1 cup of water,let it cook on low flame,and serve after 5 minutes a bit cool.
