Ingredients

  1. 1 cupPrawns cleaned and deveined
  2. 4 tbspAll purpose flour
  3. 4 tbspCorn flour
  4. 1 tablespoonGinger garlic paste
  5. 2 tbspCrushed black pepper
  6. 1 tablespoonLemon juice
  7. 10 Spicy dry red chillies soak in hot water and grind
  8. 2 tablespoonSoya sauce
  9. 1Egg beaten
  10. 1/4 tablespoonSugar
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 1/4 cupCapsicum sliced (optional)

    Marinate prawns with all other ingredients and let it rest for 1 hour then deep fry and serve.
