Half boil rice by adding salt in it. Strain and place a side.

Now take a pan and sautee cloves, cardamoms, cumin seeds, cinnamon sticks in it for a while then add in meat and fry for some time now add the remaining ingredients and cook until tomatoes get softened and meat masala form then add 4 glass of water and cook until it remains a glass. Now add in rice and simmer for 8 to ten minutes on low flame until rice done.

Now make tortilla of dough and put it in a bowl then fill inside rice then cover with another tortilla. Now bake it at 180 degrees for 5 min.

Take out the bowl and flip it in a plate. Cut the cover. Ouzi rice are ready.
