Ingredients

  • Potatoes 3 to 4 boil
  • Salt as u req
  • Red chilli 2 t spoon
  • 1/2 cupSoji
  • Oil 2 to 3 tbl spoon
  • to tasteChkn flavour just
  • Blk pprr 1 tb spoon
  • Bread crumb for dip
  • 1egg
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    1st boil potatoes n then masch them.

  2. 2

    In othr pan oil few drop add soji n mix them add 2 to 3 glass n mix them properly.

  3. 3

    Maxh potatoes main soji mix kerein n add all spices.. n gbe them shape.

  4. 4

    Insert stick n then dip in mixed egg n apply breadcrumb on then...of just fry with egg coat only.

  5. 5

    Fry shadow n serve with ketchup or raita. Njoy.
