Ingredients

  • 2 cupsflour
  • I tspoon Yeast
  • to tasteSugar
  • Pinchsalt
  • Pepper
  • Warm water

Steps

  1. 1

    Sieve your flour and set aside. Pour your warm water, yeast and sugar in a bowl and allow to sit for 10 mins

  2. 2

    Mix all the ingredients together and cover with a cling film or towel until it doubles in size

  3. 3

    Get your frying pan, groundnut oil and start frying scooping gently with your hands
