Ingredients

  • 1large coconut
  • 15dates or less
  • 3 tbsppowdered milk
  • Water

Steps

  1. 1

    Deseed date and soak for an hour

  2. 2

    Cut coconut into chunks add to blender with the dates and blend. (Don't add too much water,Just enough to blend)

  3. 3

    Sieve dissolve milk in very little water and add. Mix and refrigerate.

  4. 4

    Serve cold.
