Ingredients

  1. Makarnasi pasta Macaroni
  2. Fried meat
  3. Carrot, green & red pepper, scotch bonnet, peas, Onions
  4. Cucumber
  5. Scramble egg
  6. Cabbage: optional
  7. Spices and seasoning

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil macaroni and strain.

  2. 2

    Put oil on pan and put on the stove, cut onions.

  3. 3

    Wash and cut the vegetables except cucumber and cabbage,then pt inside the pan, put the fried meat.

    Put the scramble egg and scotch bonnet and stir for 1minute.

    Add the macaroni,add spices and sesoning and stir for 10 seconds. Pour a little water like 10ml, spread the cabbage and close the pan to simmer for two minute. Take it off the fire.

  6. 6

    Put on plate and arrange the cucumber. Ready to serve.
