In a bowl add flour yeast sugar milk powder, salt and mix. Add beaten egg, olive oil and mix. Now knead dough with cold water until just combine.

After 30 mins punch down tje dugh and on counter top knead with smooth hands. Knead for about 15 mins. Leave it to rest for 1 hour.

Prepare the filling. Marinate chicken breast pieces with red chilli cumin coriander, whole spice powder, yogurt salt and lemon juice. Leave for about 30 mins and give coal smoke.

Now in grill pan grill chicken pieces. Once cool shred the chicken.

Grate cheddar and mozrella cheese. You can also use cottage cheese.

Take a large ball of dough and roll in to half in thick roti. Now from the sides cut in to thin strips. Leave the centre for filling and cut equal strips from both sides

In the centre fill the chicken and cheese. Now as you make braid, take one strip from one side and fold it on the other. Similarly take one strip from other side, ovelapping on the folded strip.. overlap strip in form of braid.

Now beat egg yolk with1 tbsp milk and make eggwash.

Apply egg wash on bread and sprinkle roasted sesame seeds.

Bake bread in a preheated oven at 180•c. To give nice golden brown colour turn on the top grill once the bread is baked.

Serve chicken bread with homemade salsa, ranch sauce or with ketchup. Enjoy.
