Ingredients

  • Bread slices 8 to 10
  • 1/2 kgmilk
  • Ghee for frying
  • 1/2 tspCardamon powder
  • 5-6 tbspSugar
  • 2 tbspCustard powder
  • 10-12Cashew nuts
  • Walnuts as required

Steps

  1. 1

    First cut the bread slices in triangle shape.

    Heat the milk now add cardamom powder and sugar.

    Now add 2tbsp dissolve custard powder in milk and cooked until it's done.

    Now fry bread slices in ghee. And deep in custard.

    Yummy shahi tukda is ready, Garnish with nuts.
