Grilled Lamb Chops

Ingredients: 4 lamb chops; A few sprigs of fresh rosemary; 50 ml olive oil; to taste Salt

Cooked these on the pan grill and also roasted them in the past. These are grilled over coals. Personally I think they came out better on the grill pan when I cooked them last as I was able to really chargrill the chops without over cooking them.

4lamb chops
A fewsprigs of fresh rosemary
50 mlolive oil
to tasteSalt

Steps

Mix all the ingredients together and allow the lamb to marinade for 4 hours, preferably overnight.

Cook them over the hot coals for approximately 5 minutes per side.

Serve with a mixed salad and rice.
