In a bowl, add the beans flour, pepper, grounded crayfish, seasoning cubes, salt and sliced onions. Stir and add desired quantity of water, sliced eggs and vegetable oil

Scoop into desired moi moi container or leaves

Cook for about 45 minutes

Serve with either pap, oat, garri or beverage
