Steps

Put salt and turmeric on fish and deep fry, keep aside

Heat oil and temper jeera clove, cardamom, bay leaf and cinnamon

Now add ginger garlic and saute till raw smell disappears

Add onion paste and saute adding salt, turmeric and red chilli powder
- 5
Add tomato puree and saute till oil separate
- 6
Add cashew raisins paste and pour water
- 7
Bring to boil and add fish, cook on low heat until the fish is soft
- 8
Sprinkle garam masala powder and ghee, serve hot
