Heat ghee in a pan. Add cumin seeds cardammom just open and add cinemmon stick chopped onion boiled pigeon peas turmeric powder salt peanut cashewnut and saute till onion look transparent. Now add green chilli grated ginger crushed garlic saute 3-5mins. Add chopped corriender.

Add left over rice mix properly and toss lastly add garam masala nspring onion. Serve with buttermilk aachaar. TASTY RICE IS READY TO SERVE.
