An excellent option to change up your usual side dish for meat, chicken, or fish.

Place the cleaned potatoes in a pot with cold water and bring to a boil. For softer potatoes, you can use a pressure cooker for about 20 minutes.

Once cooked, peel the potatoes and mash them.

Add the eggs, milk, flour, parsley, cheese, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Blend until the mixture is very smooth.

Grease and flour an oven-safe baking dish, pour in the mixture, and sprinkle more cheese on top.

Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
