Rinse and boil potatoes and beetroot

Slightly peel cucumber,peel onion, wash them,wash tomatoes,peel boiled potatoes and boiled beetroot.

Thinly slices them all.

Disgard the edges of the bread slice

Take 2 bread slices.apply butter on the one side of slices,then apply the green chutney

Arrange all the veggie slice one by one.sprinkle sandwich masala on all veggies layers.

Cover them with other slice wich already applyed with butter and chutney.

Cut sandwich in 4 or 6 pi6eces.

Spread grated cheese and garnish with green chutney and ketchup.

.serve immediately with ketchup and chutney.
