3 cupsFlour
Salt
2 teaspoonsBaking powder
1/2 cupMilk
2medium sized Carrots
Salt
1 cupMiced meat
1 cupIrish potatoes
Veg oil for frying the mixture
Curry
50 gButter
1/2 cupWater

Cooking Instructions

Make a dough by mixing all the dry ingredients with butter and water cover and allow to rest.

Dice the irish potatoes,fry in veg oil add salt,minced meat,diced carrots,milk,curry all to make

Roll out the dough scoope in the mixture and cover.

Egg wash all and bake for 30minutes.
