Steps

Take a bowl and add grated bottle guard,besan,1 tbsp garlic paste,salt,dry coriander,red chilli powder,garam masala and mix it.

Now take a pan and heat tha oil. Now deep fry th mixture by giving them small shape ball like pkoda

Now other side heat tha oil in a wok and add ginger garlic paste till it get brown add onion paste.then add tomato puree and cook it for 5 min

Now add hot water,cashew nuts puree, kofta and Cook it for 5 min

Garnish green coriander and serve it.
