In a blender take all the ingredients like yogurt, sugar, vanilla ice cream and ice cubes.

Blend till the yogurt turns smooth and slightly frothy.

Add cardamom powder and mix well.

Transfer the lassi to a serving glass tumbler.

Serve chilled garnished with cashewnuts, raisins, cherries and fresh mint.
