Saffron Coconut 🥥 burfi

Take a wide pan, add a tbsp of ghee, add desiccated coconut, saute well, till it gets good aroma

Once the coconut smells nicely, add milkmaid, saute well, then add the cardamom powder,

Now add the sugar, Saffron milk, (soak the Saffron strands in the warm milk for 15 minutes), food colour, mix well
- 4
Now add the ghee, then mix well, leave the mixture in low flame for minimum 5 minutes and switch off the stove
- 5
Now grease the pan with ghee, pour the mixture and allow it to cool, then cut into desired shapes
- 6
Now you can garnish them favorite nuts..
