Melt the margarine and allow to cool

In a bowl add the flour, salt, sugar, melted margarine and yeast. Mix well

Add the milk and knead until smooth and stretchy

Shape the dough into a ball and cover for an hour until it doubles in size

Add the raisins and knead for some more
- 6
Roll the dough into balls and place on a greased tray
- 7
Cover the balls and leave to rise for 30min
- 8
Brush the top of the balls with the beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds
- 9
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown
